In-Store Pickup

Some items may need to be retrieved from the warehouse. Customers can notify us in advance to prepare the items, avoiding waiting time at the store. For delivery service, customers can place orders directly on the XOBOX.HK platform. We will arrange shipping after payment is received.  Cash for Pick up only 

You can visit our company to make payment in cash. Please prepare enough cash and change, as we can only provide limited change.


 Octopus (for in-store pickup only) 

You can visit our company to make payment with Octopus. Please ensure that your Octopus card has sufficient balance.

 

 Bank in ATM transfer 

After completing the bank transfer, please send the deposit slip to info@xobox.hk or Whatsapp: (852) 5233 8662, and indicate the order number and contact number so that we can confirm the payment. If you use an ATM to transfer money during non-bank office hours, we will not be able to confirm the payment until the next business day.
